Compare the rooms you would use

A weekday home near your office may need a desk more than a third bedroom. Core Residence sits inside TRX, with the mall and MRT interchange in the same district. Its one-bedroom, 1+1 and larger layouts give you different ways to divide the space.

Living inside TRX

• Towers 1 and 2 contain 580 serviced residences. The third tower is a separate 120-unit hotel-apartment component.
• The Exchange TRX mall, office buildings and MRT interchange are in the same district. Include the walk from the lobby to your regular destination in a viewing.
• Facilities are on Levels 7 and 50, including swimming pools, a rooftop gym and outdoor areas.
• Units were offered partly furnished. Ask for the selected unit’s current inventory to work out what you would still need to buy.

A study or a full bedroom?

Type A1 has one bedroom in 624 sq ft. Type A2 is 688 sq ft with one bedroom and an additional room. Compare that extra room with the desk, storage or guest use you have in mind.

Type B1 has two bedrooms in 817 sq ft, while Type C1 has three bedrooms in 1,022 sq ft. If family will stay regularly, start with the number of bedrooms you need, then look at how much space remains for meals and time together.
