Lunar Seputeh — Your Home, Above Seputeh
Serenity in the city is easy to promise and hard to deliver. Lunar is the final phase of 9 Seputeh, on residential title, set back from the noise but a few minutes from everywhere you already go.

A park for a front yard
Step out the door and you are on the Promenade Boulevard — a one-kilometre green belt threading through 9 Seputeh. Not the patch of lawn most condos call a garden, but a proper linear park you can walk end to end, run the dog along, or turn the kids loose in. It is shared with the wider neighbourhood rather than fenced off as yours alone, which is exactly what keeps it feeling like a real park instead of a private courtyard.

Bring the dog
If you have a dog, this one matters. There is a Paw Haven on-site — a dedicated run for them, not a grudging “pets allowed” line buried in the house rules. Between that and the boulevard right outside, a dog here actually gets walked, not just tolerated.

A day here, without leaving the building
Morning laps in the 25 m infinity pool, then the gym before work. Evenings move up to Level 45 — the sky gourmet lounge and BBQ deck, with the city laid out beneath you. There is an onsen to soak off the week, a zen courtyard to slow down in, and a kids’ playroom for the small humans. Homes begin on Level 13; the floors below are given over entirely to these amenity decks, so you come home above the street rather than on it.

Level 45, after work
The gourmet lounge and BBQ deck sit right at the top, so the view does the heavy lifting. It is the kind of floor you book for a birthday, or just drift up to on a quiet Sunday.
A social kitchen for the dinners that outgrow your own counter, a co-working corner for the days you would rather not commute, and quiet green pockets for everyone else. The amenity decks are built to be used, not photographed.

Getting out is the easy part
A private link bridge feeds you straight onto the OKR–NPE, so you join the highway without crawling through local roads first. Mid Valley is 700 m away, a 2-minute drive, with KL Sentral about 2 km on. The MRT3 Circle Line station on Old Klang Road is confirmed, with the full line targeted for 2032.
These are the current “from” prices — the entry unit in each type; the exact figure moves with floor and facing. Management fee is not fixed yet; for comparable-spec condos it usually runs around RM0.45–0.50 psf (my estimate, not a developer figure).
