Think about groceries, meals out and the journeys when you would use the MRT. At a visit, check the route from the specific residence and the entrances you would use, then decide whether the wider mall and transit setting works for you.
Choose a phase that fits your timing
Royal Suites and Imperial Residences are Phase 2 new-launch options. Windsor, Regent and Crown are completed Phase 1 residences. Ask about the selected building and unit's current status and viewing arrangements before deciding.
