The tower matters here

• Ascott Star is Tower Three. Management and owner-use terms depend on the unit and arrangement.
• Shared facilities include pools, a gym, gardens and spaces for gathering with family or friends.
• Towers 1 and 2 include partly furnished units with kitchen fittings, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The sale inventory sets out what comes with a particular unit.

A city base, a study or another bedroom

In Tower One, Type A1 is a 635 sq ft one-bedroom layout. Type B2 is 722 sq ft with one bedroom and a study. If you work from home, compare the study with where your desk would sit in the one-bedroom plan.
